We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to request the deletion of your MoroccoNaut account and associated data.

Delete Your MoroccoNaut Account

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your personal data, bookings history, saved places, and preferences will be permanently removed from our systems.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

Profile Information (name, email, photo)

Saved Places & Favorites

Booking History

Chat History & Messages

App Preferences & Settings

Location History

Notification Preferences

Coupon & Discount Usage

Data That May Be Retained

For legal and regulatory compliance, certain data may be retained for a limited period:

Transaction Records (up to 5 years for tax purposes)

Fraud Prevention Data (up to 2 years)

Legal Dispute Records (as required by law)

Processing Time

Up to 30 Days

Your deletion request will be processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been successfully deleted.

I understand that this action is permanent and irreversible. All my data, including my profile, saved places, booking history, and preferences will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Request Submitted Successfully

We have received your account deletion request. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, and your account will be deleted within 30 days.
